We're home, and Superhero Week is back.
A few years ago I spent every July doing something I loved — turning kids into superheroes. Cape, armour, hammer, the works. Then life took us overseas, and it had to pause.
Not anymore.
Bear Cottage is NSW's only children's hospice. They provide free respite and end-of-life care to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families — no cost, ever, for as long as they need it. It takes more than $4 million a year to keep their doors open. Every dollar I raise goes straight towards making sure those kids have the very best life, for however long they have it.
Here's the deal: you donate, you send me a photo of your child — digital file or shoot with me in studio — and I'll edit them into the superhero they already are.
This year I'm aiming for $500. Let's do this.
