I'm fundraising for Bear Cottage!
Our boy Brooklyn passed away on the 25th July 2023. He was surrounded by love, in a cuddle with his mum and dad, being supported and cared for by the wonderful team at bear cottage.
Bear cottage provided the most comfortable, kind, caring, supporting environment for us to say goodbye to our boy.
Brooklyn was as comfortable as possible in his last week of life, all thanks to the amazing doctors and nurses at bear cottage. The staff and volunteers fed us, looked after all of brookies needs, cried with us, listened to us, brought us tea, made us laugh, ensured Brooklyn was not distressed, answered all of our questions and were genuinely just amazing people. We are so thankful that a place like bear cottage exists for families like ours.
